Andrew P. Maggio, Jr.

Andrew P. Maggio, Jr.’s areas of expertise include Real Estate Law and Wills & Trusts. He also has extensive experience in financial and income tax matters. In addition to being an attorney, Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. He worked as an Assistant Auditor for the Columbia National Bank of Chicago for seven years and as a Tax Accountant for Peat, Martwick & Mitchell for three years.

Andrew attended DePaul University, where he received his undergraduate degree in Accounting. He then continued on to DePaul’s College of Law, finishing in 1980, the same year he passed the Illinois Bar Exam and began his lifelong career as an attorney.

 

Thomas J. Tartaglia

Thomas J. Tartaglia is a general practice lawyer with extensive experience in Litigation, Probate, Wills & Trusts, and Real Estate Law. To better serve clients who are involved in real estate transactions, such as purchasing or selling, Thomas became a real estate title agent with Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG).

Thomas attended undergraduate at Lewis University, Illinois. He completed his law degree at Northern Illinois University and then passed the Illinois Bar Exam shortly after in 1980. Thomas gained useful experience in business administration in the 1990s while serving as the Vice President and General Counsel of St. Anthony Bank.

Thomas has been married for 40 years and is a father and grandparent. He is an active parishioner at St. Cyprian Catholic Church in River Grove, Illinois, where he also serves as a Eucharistic Minister.
